The Association Council is an advisory body chaired by the Chairman of the Association.

Functions of the Council of the Association:

• Provides suggestions on the issues presented for its consideration by the Chairman of the Association.
• On behalf of the Chairman of the Association it considers applications from candidates for membership of the Association for compliance of their activities with goals and objectives of the Association.
• Provides guidance and advice on the activities of the Association.
• Other functions provided by this Charter and resolutions of the General Assembly members and the Chairman of the Association.
