Pro-rector for Research of Kazak-British Technical University (KBTU) Murat Zhurinov noted that the conference fully corresponded to the spirit and content of the Kazak President's Address in regard to innovation development. "Now we build modern plants, re-equip the old factories of the Soviet period. All of this should be done on the basis of science and innovation", added M. Zhurinov. He stressed that KBTU is the leader of technical education, and its departments are accredited by the leading international companies.

Experts from Russia, Belarus, Belgium, Britain and Germany participate in the conference.
