On October 31, 2019, KAZENERGY Association held a regular meeting of the Working Group on the development of Sector Agreement in the oil and gas, oil refining and petrochemical industries of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2022.
The meeting was attended by members of the Working Group, representatives of the Ministry of Energy of Republic of Kazakhstan, KAZENERGY Association, JSC NC KazMunayGas, Tengizchevroil LLP, JSC Mangistaumunaigas, CNPC-Aktobemunaigas JSC, North Caspian Operating Company N. V., JSC KazTransOil, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B. V., LLP Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries Inc., ENGINEERING COMPANY KAZGIPRONEFTETRANS LLP, NGSK KazStroyService JSC, PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP, Embamunaygas JSC, Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant LLP, JV Kazgermunai LLP, Atyrau Oil Refinery LLP, NGO Kazakhstan Branch Trade Union of Oil and Gas Complex, Sino-Kazakhstan Great Wall Drilling Company LLP Trade Union Organization, NGO Kazakhstan Oil and Gas Branch Trade Union, NGO Local Trade Union of Ozenmunaigas Workers, JSC NGO Local Trade Union of Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., NGO Local Trade Union of CNPC-Aktobemunaigas JSC Workers, Trade Union Committee of Zhylyoimunaygas OGPD, Embamunaygas JSC.
The proposals received from the members of the Working Group to the Draft Sector Agreement in the oil and gas, oil refining and petrochemical industries of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2022 concerning the basic principles of the wage system were discussed.
The agreements reached by the members of the Working Group on the content of the Sector Agreement will be reported at the upcoming meeting of the Sectoral Commission on Social Partnership and Regulation of Social and Labor Relations of the Oil and Gas Industry under the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan this year.
At the end of the meeting of the Working Group, B. Akchulakov, Director General of KAZENERGY Association, thanked the parties of the social partnership for their active work.
