32 MEETING OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL COUNCIL

On this December 12, the 32nd meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council (hereinafter – STC) was held. Representatives of LLC NPO Permneftegaz, LLP NPO-Neftesintez, LLP MAScom, LLP Semser – Ort Sondirushi presented their presentations at the meeting.
Deputy head for Commercial Affairs of LLC NPO Permneftegaz Stefan Nizhnik told about the activities and technologies of LLC NPO Permneftegaz. The main activities of LLC NPO Permneftegaz are production of the equipment on fight against paraffin hydrates in oil wells, production of electric pump units, as well as service and repair of the made equipment.

As Amantay Sabitovich noted: “Neftesintez group of companies, as a developer and manufacturer, presented a technology based on the use of a series of reagents “THIONOL” for the selective oxidation of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptans.

Baurzhan Alzhanov, Deputy General Director of LLP Semser – Ort Sondirushi, and Olga Gorovykh, Professor, Department of Special Training at the Institute of Retraining and Advanced Training of the University of Civil Defence of EMERCOM of the Republic of Belarus, presented the topic “High-performance natural petroleum sorbent – TAZA”.

TAZA petroleum sorbent is exclusively from environmentally friendly natural materials. This is a joint Kazakh-Belarusian work, the developers of which are B. A. Alzhanov, Deputy General Director of LLP Semser – Ort Sondirushi, and Professor of the Department of Special Training at the Institute of Retraining and Advanced Training of the University of Civil Defence of EMERCOM of the Republic of Belarus, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor Olga Gennadieyvna Gorovykh. TAZA is a petroleum sorbent made on the basis of hairs of natural materials, which are widely grown in Kazakhstan, are relatively cheap and affordable and most fully meet all the requirements for petroleum sorbents. The possibility of complete cleaning of the water area from oil and oil products even in the presence of a film with a thickness of 0.4-0.74 microns.
