The main idea of the project is to facilitate professional and personal growth of young oil and gas and energy specialists.
Who is invited to participate in the project?
- mentors having at least 10 years of experience in oil and gas or energy sectors, a high level of responsibility and competency to share expertise, personally interested in helping the mentees;
- mentees – young oil and gas or energy professionals aged 18 to 30, focused on results and willing to study.

Application deadlines for participation as mentors from April 20 to May 20, as mentees from May 25 to June 21.
