One of the global partners of the KAZENERGY Association, the World Energy Council, announces the call for applications for participation in the
Future Energy Leaders program.
The World Energy Council annually recruits 35 young industry professionals from among the citizens of the Organization's member countries (74 countries) to be admitted to the global Future Energy Leaders program, with
no more than three candidates from each country.
The applicant must meet the following main criteria:
- a proven track record in the energy sector/related sectors (3-5 years' experience in junior management positions in the energy sector will be an advantage);
- advanced level of English language proficiency;
- not older than 32 years of age at the time of application;
- availability for at least 20 days a year to participate in the development program;
- the possibility of participation in the Program for three years.
The candidate will have to fill out an online application form, attaching his/her CV, two letters of recommendation and a presentation video with answers to questions from the World Energy Council.
The program participants receive unique opportunities to develop their professional ideas, skills, projects and employment in international corporations. In addition, successful candidates have the opportunity to participate in the World Energy Congress on special conditions.
The Program enables employers to enhance the human resource capacity of their companies, allowing the next generation of leaders to develop new professional skills and experience in an international environment.
