On February 1, 2024, KAZENERGY organized a training webinar for legal entities, and members of the Association. During the session, experts from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Center for Labor Resource Development (CLRD), and the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (ARDFM) provided explanations to listeners on the implementation of the Law 'On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Issues of Public Associations and Social Protection of Persons Employed in Work with Harmful Working Conditions.
The corresponding Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan came into force on January 1, 2024, and KAZENERGY experts actively participated in its development. Currently, the Association monitors the law enforcement practice regarding implementing special payments among its members. Additionally, in collaboration with the State Labor Commissioner, KAZENERGY will continue to work on clarifying the law and relevant regulations.
