On November 11, the Chairman of the KAZENERGY Association, Bolat Akchulakov, held a meeting with the Senior Director for Government Relations in Eurasia and Europe at ExxonMobil Corporation, Ms. Yuria Kim.
The parties discussed strengthening cooperation in Kazakhstan’s oil and gas sector, noting the important role of ExxonMobil as an active member of the Association and a partner in the implementation of key energy projects in the country.
Special attention was given to supporting KAZENERGY initiatives aimed at the sustainable development of the sector, the introduction of modern technologies, and the attraction of investments. Representatives of ExxonMobil confirmed their readiness to support the Association in implementing these initiatives, thereby reinforcing long-term partnership relations.
The meeting highlighted the significance of KAZENERGY’s 20-year journey, its contribution to the development of Kazakhstan’s energy sector, and its active collaboration with leading international companies to promote innovative and sustainable practices in the oil and gas industry.
